Management
Leave Management requires high accuracy and precise records. By featuring
user-friendly functionality, users are able to monitor the leave management
with ease. A variety of leave types have been set up such as annual leave,
sick leave, maternity leave, compensation leave, etc. Definitely, user
can define other leave types to comply with different company leave policies.
The functions of leave package settings also enable users to formulate
packages according to different rankings of employees. Rooms for adjustment
are facilitated to cater flexibility. Users are able to keep track the
balances of employees' annual leaves and control the payment percentage
against each leave types. All adjustments and deductions in terms of dollar
will be automatically updated in the related Payroll Module items.
