IPL Document Scanning Module

IPL Document Scanning Module is an optional Module of the IPL HRIS System.

With IPL Document Scanning Module, you can easily capture the image data for your entire employee such as ID Card, Photo, Certificate, Resume, Permits, Licenses, Signature Specimens, Documents etc. and retrieve them at any time that you like with a click of the mouse.

The IPL Document Scanning Module supports the linking to most popular scanners like HP Scanjet 5 or 5100C. It also supports many different types of Image Formats such as TIF (suitable for compressed black and white documents), BMP (for uncompressed color images), JPG (for compressed color images) etc.

Employee photos can be easily captured via a digital camera or a scanner. The outlook of the image depends on the quality of the photo for the case of a scanner. It is recommended to use digital camera to capture the employee photos with consistent and better quality. The captured image can also be used later to produce the Staff Badge via a color printer.

The Module will manage your entire Scanned Documents per employee profile to make the searching and retrieval of Scanned Documents fast and easy.
