Ever thought of having the employees to input or maintain their own data themselves?

It is fun. HR does not have to do such boring data updating any more! Of course, they will not be allowed to change their salaries nor any data fields that you do not want them to access or change. We work for you and your company, remember.

With ESS, we would work out with you the Employee Profiles that the employee can change or update and those data fields that the employee can only view but not update. Normally the fields like 'Address', 'Marital Status', 'Dependent data', 'Education', 'Telephone Numbers', etc. would be open for them to update.

It is a module that is fairly easy to implement. This can be the starter for your employees to get use to your HR eApplication.

The other module that you can bring in with Employee Self-Service is the Employee Orientation Module. We can tailor for you the necessary Web pages as long as you give us the materials in soft format. The materials may also include pictures of senor executives and links to your corporate websites.

During the implementation stage or in case you do not trust your employees to be able to maintain their own recorders properly, we can add an utility for you to batch import the changes to IPL HRIS after you have checked with the data and reports.
