IPL Organizational Charting (Org-Charting) Module is an optional Module of the IPL HRIS System.

Use your IPL Human Resource data to get instant access to up-to-date Organizational Charts! The Organizational Charting Module produces simple Org Charts with up to eight lines of information in each Box at the touch of a key. The information is retrieved from your live HR database with the latest updated information. You don't need to bother about the changing movements in your organization. The Org-Chart will produce the hierarchy of your company base on the latest movement.

It works with OrgPlus™ 7.0 (from Banner Blue to create, view and print more complex organization charts using IPL HRIS data.) This Organizational Chart Module comes with a free copy of OrgPlus™ 7.0.

IPL Org-Charting Module automatically prints tree diagrams for a wide range of applications. You can use the Org-Charting capability for generating Organization Charts, Job and Salary Structures, and more. Just simply select the names of the fields, the System will draw and space the Boxes and positions the text and lines, etc. precisely for you. There are also chart styles for you to choose from.

You may use the Org-Charting Module for simple Organization Charts with just Names and Titles, or you can have up to eight data fields in each Box of the Organization Chart for your special topics' Presentation. Org-Chart presentations are easy to reveal positional or structural relevancies like Sources of Hire, Salaries, Employee Status etc. details.
