With the endeavor to grow its customer base with responsive strategies, the virtual bank has engaged IPL HRMS to support its rapid workforce expansion. IPL HRMS will provide an integrated e-platform for the bank’s HR personnel to automate complex payroll calculation with out-of-the-box regulatory compliance, while allowing employee-driven service for profile, leave, rental reimbursement and other HR-related matters.
